We are committed to your treatment being successful. Please understand that payment of your bill is considered part of your treatment. Full payment for your dental healthcare investment is required at the time of service, and may be paid by the following options:

We offer a variety of affordable payment plans through CareCredit to fit many budgets, including a no interest plan, and longer terms with interest to fit your needs. Apply online (www.carecredit.com) or, we can assist you in our office.
For times it may be more convenient to pay ahead for the treatments you needs with advanced auto pay.
A benefit of Stevenson Dental Care for our patients that have dental insurance is our diligent and commitment efforts to see you receive the maximum benefit from your plan. As a courtesy, we take extraordinary care to estimate your benefits based on the best information we have from your insurer if they will provide this to us. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. Your insurance plan is a contract between you and your insurance company. While we may be the preferred or participation provider for your plan, we do not have ultimate control with decisions made by your insurer that affect any portion you may be liable to pay. Therefore the amount due to our office is subject to change. The estimated amount not covered by your insurance is due at the time of service. If your insurance company pays you directly, you will be required to pay the full amount at the time of service. If payment from your insurance company is not received within 60 days, Stevenson Dental Care will require payment from you. Please remember you are ultimately fully responsible for your account balance to Stevenson Dental Care regardless of insurance coverage.

Account balances that are 60 days old are considered delinquent. A monthly finance charge of $3.00 or 1.5% (18% APR), whichever is greater, will be added to cover the cost of additional handling.
We do not over book our time because we want to give you excellent individual treatment you deserve from our team. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Appointments are only scheduled at a patient’s request, therefore, missed appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge of $50.00 or up to the cost of the scheduled procedure. Please note: we cannot guarantee that we will be able to confirm your appointment ahead of time, so please take care to remember your appointment.
All checks returned due to non-sufficient funds will incur a minimum service charge of $45.00.
